How much does it cost to stay in your villa?
Our rates vary from season to season. To view our rates please see the Booking & Availability page AND PLEASE CONTACT US FOR CURRENT OFFERS AND DISCOUNTS!
Is the pool heated?
The pool can be optionally heated, we recommend that it is heated between October and April. The cost is £210/$250/250€ per week.
Do we have to clean the property before we leave?
We have professional cleaning company that clean the villa before you arrive and after you leave. So no need for you to do the cleaning! Further details will be provided by our friendly local management company when you arrive.
Can we bring our pets?
Unfortunately, for the comfort of all our guests, we do have a no pets policy.
Do we have to bring linen and towels?
We provide all linen and towels for your stay. We do recommend that if you are bringing a baby that you supply your own linen for the baby (and the travel cot if you have requested it), in case your baby has an allergy to the soap powder used to wash our linen.
Do you have a cot and highchair at your villa?
We can provide a travel cot and a highchair for a small charge.
What is the arrival and departure times at your villa?
Arrival time at the property is after 4pm and departure by 10am on the date of your departure, unless otherwise pre-arranged.
How do I obtain the key to the villa?
A physical door key is not used in our villa. We provide guests with a unique private code number by email prior to your arrival. This code is entered into a keypad set into the door, so there are no worries about collecting a set of keys, losing the keys or concerns about who else may have a key.
Is there free parking on site?
At the villa there is parking for 2 cars on the drive.
Is there a telephone at the villa?
Yes, there is a cordless telephone, with free calls to US and Canada.
Is there internet access at the villa?
Yes. High speed WIFI broadband internet connection is provided free of charge for our guests use. Also, Watersong has a cyber-cafe and provides free guest internet access.
What services are provided?
The villa is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained weekly.
What entertainment is provided in the villa?
There is entertainment for all the family with a large screen 4k smart tv, allowing you to sign in to you own favourite streaming channels, like Netflix and Amazon Prime, as well as accessing hundreds of cable channels. A selection of books and toys are available for your use. There are smart TVs in all 5 bedrooms and the games room. High speed WIFI is provided for guests use. The games room has a pool table, air hockey, and table football, plus a smart TV with with the same access to hundreds of channels and your own favourite streaming services..
How will we find the villa?
We will provide directions from Sanford and Orlando International airports to enable you to easily find the villa.
Will my possessions be safe in the villa?
For you peace of mind a centrally monitored home security system is installed in our villa.
Is smoking permitted in the villa?
For the comfort of all our guests the villa is TOTALLY NON-SMOKING INSIDE AND OUTSIDE. Additionally, Florida law does not permit guests to smoke within rental villas.
How close are the nearest shops and restaurants?
Towards Orlando the nearest shops are at Champions Gate and there is also a large Publix supermarket only about a mile from Watersong. Also at Champions Gate is a large selection of restaurants. About 10 minutes drive is the 192 with its multitude of restaurants and shops. A short drive from Davenport you can also find a large Wal-Mart and other shops and places to eat.
How far away are the theme parks?
The main gate at Walt Disney World is about a 20 minute drive away from Watersong and the Universal parks are approximately 30 minutes away.
Who can we contact if we have a problem at the villa?
We have a friendly and efficient management company who are at hand throughout your stay. If there are any problems during your stay, or if you need any local information, they will do their very best to help you. We will give you their contact details prior to your arrival at our villa.
